Muay Thai is one of the best ways to get healthy and in shape. Our program is designed to increase your endurance, agility, flexibity and stamina. There are also internal benefits including feeling more confident, energized and courageous. We are flexible enough to adapt to everyone, young or old, male or female, in shape or looking to get there.
Adult classes are for anyone 14 year old and over. We have classes for every skill level, including beginner, intermediate and advanced. We also have endurance and conditioning classes that are more focused on getting in shape and burning calories. See our schedule for class times.
